Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This notice explains how Stratebiz Group Limited (Strate-Biz Group) uses personal information collected through this website and website enquiries.

Who we are and how to contact us

Stratebiz Group Limited is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@stratebizgroup.com.

Information we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company name if supplied, area of interest and message. We also receive any information you choose to include when contacting us directly. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential deal documents through the website form.

Our web hosting service processes technical information, such as IP addresses and access or error logs, to deliver and secure the website. The enquiry form uses a temporary security counter based on a hashed IP address to limit repeated submissions.

How and why we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and discuss potential services or partnerships.
  • To take steps you request before entering into a contract, where applicable.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the website, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

For business enquiries and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and operating a secure business website, balanced against your rights. Where your request involves steps before a contract with you, we rely on that contractual purpose. Where required by law, we rely on our legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives your information

The website sends enquiries to our team at info@stratebizgroup.com. Information is handled by the people responsible for responding and by service providers supporting website hosting, email and IT operations. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Service providers may process information in countries outside your location. Where a restricted international transfer applies, appropriate safeguards must be in place under applicable data protection law. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We retain website enquiries for four years. Records forming part of a client engagement or subject to a legal requirement may need to be kept under the relevant contractual or legal retention requirements. Technical logs are retained as needed for website operation, security investigation and applicable legal obligations.

The form’s temporary security counter expires after ten minutes without a further attempt. The browser preference remembering that you have seen our cookie notice expires after 180 days and can be removed sooner through “Cookie information” in the footer.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Images and fonts used by the website design are hosted locally. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls will need to be updated before it is enabled.

  • Notice preference: the local-storage entry stratebiz_notice_v1 records the notice version and expiry date when you select “Got it”. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
  • WordPress administration: cookies support authorised administrator sign-in and preferences. You do not need to sign in to browse the public website.
  • Form protection: the temporary hashed-IP security counter is stored on the server, not in a visitor cookie.

You can reopen the notice or remove the saved preference using “Cookie information” in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser settings.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email info@stratebizgroup.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/, or to another competent data protection authority where applicable.

Protecting information

The website uses HTTPS. The enquiry form validates submitted information and limits repeated requests to help reduce abuse. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure; contact us before sharing confidential transaction material.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
