Bimbola Logun
Managing Partner
Abimbola is an experienced Business Transformation Leader with a passion for business development, growth, transformation, and information technology, furthermore, his strategic connector mind-set has been an asset.
Abimbola brings forth experiential knowledge gained over the past 20 years in the ICT industry (SAP, Oracle, Digital Platforms, Workplace, Blockchain, & Regulatory/Compliance) combined with industry frameworks in project, programme, delivery, change & portfolio management required for any Business Change or Transformation.
He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly University of Ife), and an Executive MBA from University of Hertfordshire Business School. He has worked in numerous sectors including Telecoms, Finance & Banking, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Public/Private Organisations spanning across the UK, USA, South Africa, and Nigeria.
He is versatile in developing robust frameworks, governance terms of reference, standard practices and a culture that drives value-added services. He is a structured management and process-oriented individual with the ability to motivate teams, and attention to detail. By seeing the holistic picture, he uses his effective communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across levels of leadership, management, teams, and clients, bolstered with the appropriate messages. He has a hands-on approach to embarking on and completing duties or assignments.
Abimbola is a strong and passionate leader who believes diligent collaboration creates effective partnership across businesses and services that resolve business challenges at both the strategic & tactical levels of business management. This passion evolved into the formation of the Strategic Business Connector Company in Africa.

Abiola is business and strategic development leader with over 13 years of professional experience in Business management & planning, Management consulting, HR management, business development and Business process improvements
Abiola over the last 3 years focused on partnership engagements and resource management and deployment solution for Corporates, NGOs, Governments, Entrepreneurs, and academia. She has worked in various sectors and leadership roles in Nigeria and the UK
Her focus was around Innovative and scalable solutions across various industries addressing critical problems in society around Health, Financial inclusion, EduTech, Fintech amongst a few.
She holds a master’s degree in management (MA) from the University of Northampton (UK), A Bachelors in Dramatic Arts from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife.

Olumide Kayode

Olumide O. Kayode is the Operations and implementation lead who has worked in different positions within different industries with a unique insight and perspective into the workings of large organizations with a view to achieving efficiency and adding value.
Olumide has a passion for bringing positive and lasting change to the existing Nigerian business landscape and Africa in general. Having spent the last 21 years working in leadership and management roles within IT his principal focus has been ensuring that the proposed technology solutions meet the business needs for which they are sought.
Olumide has worked on medium and large-scale Oracle and SAP implementations, he has also worked with both IT and Business Teams to devise, implement, test and release solutions to address and overcome business challenges and address identified gaps in the current business process.
He has also been involved in and/or led the following initiatives among others:
Facilitate conversation around creating opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability across multiple business industries.
Developing and utilizing frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment.
Execution – Leading day to day operations, executing and delivering on strategy and operational plans from the planning process again
